WE KNOW CLEANLINESS
We’re doubling down with added educational resources, enhanced guidelines, and
extensive cleaning and disinfecting best practices and protocols:

• Housekeepers are following a 150+ point cleanliness checklist
• We’re using disinfectants recommended by the Public Health Agency of Canada throughout the hotel
• We’re implementing new protocols to encourage social distancing, 
• in accordance with the guidelines of the Public Health Agency of Canada

We’re staying on top of the latest information, providing our staff with access to up-to-date resources and training:

• Access to an online Cleanliness Hub, with new resources and best practices continually available
• Enhanced protocols from the Safe Stay initiative, developed in partnership with the Hotel Associations in both Canada and the United States
• A “Commitment to Clean Captain” at every Choice hotel, including ours, who will complete best-in-class training and incorporate new protocols into our hotel operations
